1. Booking and Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM (14:00). Guests must present a valid photo ID/Passport.
- Check-out: Before 12:00 PM. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.
- Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.
2. Payment and Cancellation
- Payment: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation terms vary based on the rate type selected. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details. Failure to arrive (No-Show) will result in a penalty as per the booking policy.
- Incidental Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required upon check-in.
3. Hotel Policies
- Non-Smoking: Le Kree Downtown Hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 9 and above are considered adults for pricing purposes. Extra beds are available upon request for a fee of $25 per night.
- Conduct: We reserve the right to evict any guest who causes a disturbance or engages in illegal activities without a refund.
4. Use of Facilities
- The swimming pool, fitness center, and spa are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
- Guests use these facilities at their own risk; the hotel is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment.
- 5. Limitation of Liability
Le Kree Downtown Hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings. Please use the in-room safety deposit box for valuables.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
